Indonesia ups deaths sending tsunami toll past 58,000 with tens of thousands still missing. The U.N. health agency warned that disease could double the toll yet again.


This is almost too tragic to be believable. How devestating. Natural disasters incredible. Devestating because it is so unexpected.
I'm thinking of how Robert McNamara used the names and populations of U.S. cities to equate the tens of thousands civilians killed during the U.S. firebombing of Japan in WW II. I decided to equate that with the state I live in, but I'm too lazy to complete a "showing of my findings":
