I want to thank my friends and family that are supporting me. It's the holidays; times are tough; people have their own things to do and they're helping me with meals (thanx Hope & Bill), with love and care (Baris, Dani, Brendon, Guinevere, Mom, Dad, my doctors, other family) and concern (everyone mentioned and Allison).
